I started this blog to chronicle my journey to lose 100 lbs in the hopes that someday what I have to say here will help someone else. Did I lose the weight? Maybe I did and maybe I didn't. But I did realize along the way that being overweight wasn't the problem. It was a symptom.

I'm right there with you. Not sure why you are crazy, but I definitely know that I am! I've been driving myself crazy lately with some health issues (some of which are probably in my head!).
