Do you have any idea how much I'm going to have to exercise when I really start to lose weight so that I can continue to eat as much as I do now? How can a person even live off of 18 - 20 points per day???

This is where someone tells me we'll cross that bridge when we get there....anyone??

You'll cross that bridge when you get to it! Honestly, it will be ok. I'm at 21 points per day and it is ok. I take advantage of zero pointers on hungry days and I do try to exercise more on days where I need extra points for food or beer. But it's doable. Don't worry about it now - it would be like freaking out about college when you're still in elementary school! ;)

Another blogger recommended a book called the Beck Diet Solution (it works in conjunction with WW). I've started reading it - you may find it interesting.

Activity points and weekly points? I don't know... What I REALLY don't get is those people on WW boards that say, "Does anyone have trouble trying to eat all of their points?" NO! WE DON'T! haha:) I found you via another blog. I'm Johnna! :)

One step at a time. Concentrate on making the small changes you need to make now rather when what changes you need to make in the future. Baby steps.
